This has led to some instances of miscommunication in the past, with one customer being told that their installation will require additional parts to keep the unit secure. The client was caught off guard, as was not included in the initial quote.

This is, however, an isolated incident, and the customer wasn’t forced to purchase additional parts.

However, there were instances of scheduling problems with customers with technicians either not showing up on the set date or showing up late without prior notice.

In the instances that the technician was unable to make it, we found out that this was because they had contracted COVID and cancelled the appointment for the customer’s safety.

Some customers reported that they were not given prior notice, although other customers reported otherwise. We do think the business could improve on this aspect by ensuring customers are aware of any possible changes to the schedule.

Once they do make it to your place, they’re able to do the work in a quick and efficient way. And should additional parts be needed for the repair, the staff will keep you updated on the status and the extra time it will take.
