One key aspect I love about this store is that it can do same-day dispatches for orders made before noon. Furthermore, if the bag you purchased costs at least $80, you’re automatically entitled to free delivery.

They also have a lowest price guarantee, so if you find a lower price elsewhere, they’ll match it.

However, it looks like they still need to improve their customer service, as some of their former customers were treated rudely by their staff.

They even have luggage sets and travel accessories like tags and packing cubes. Of course, they source these products from reputable manufacturers, including American Tourister, Samsonite, and Flylite.

Aside from their impressive product range, I’m also a huge fan of their special discounts for students, healthcare workers, and military personnel. Furthermore, they also offer interest-free “buy now, pay later” payment plans via Zip.

Overall, I can definitely say they’re one of the more accessible options to buy luggage in Perth. However, it sucks to hear that some of their staff members tend to act rudely towards customers.

If you’re curious as to where I bought my latest bag, it’s from Macpac. This store sells various products, including backpacks, duffel bags, and daypacks, in all of its five locations in Perth.

What makes them different from the others I’ve mentioned earlier is that they’re not just a retailer but also a manufacturer of bags. It’s the reason why I tend to buy from them, as they can ensure that their products are of high quality.

This is especially evident with their lifetime warranty policy. If you ever find any issues with your product that are caused by a material or manufacturing defect, they can replace it for you anytime!

I’m also a fan of their free delivery services for orders that cost at least $100. 

The only thing I dislike about Macpac is their above-average prices. Thankfully, they offer “buy now, pay later” payment plans.

Ever since its establishment in 1981, Leather & Luggage has become one of Perth’s go-to spots for purchasing different kinds of bags. They have a solid selection of products that are made by companies like Samsonite, Antler, and American Tourister.

They even sell anti-theft products like RFID reader blockers and luggage trackers. Given how rampant scams and thefts are nowadays, getting one of these might be wise.

It’s also good that they already provide free delivery services to orders that are worth $50. Furthermore, they offer bag repair services and are an approved service centre for many top luggage brands.

However, do take note that they may take more than a week to repair your bag due to the high volume of repair requests they receive daily. It also sucks that they don’t keep their doors open long enough on weekends.
