Get tipsy and artsy at the 15 best paint-and-sip events in Perth!
Getting artsy hits differently when there’s a glass of cocktail or wine involved. Lucky for us, paint and sip nights are all the rage in Perth.
We’ve dabbled in a fair few, and let’s just say that sipping while painting with your gang is bloody brilliant. No side-eyeing as you get creative, and you can take home a keepsake of your own creation.
If you’re already tempted to give one a whirl, our personal picks below will sort you out!
Pinot & Painting
From pinot_and_painting
Address: 580 Beaufort St, Mount Lawley
Contact Details: +61 499 980 455
Operating Hours:
- Mon to Fri – 7 am to 10 pm
- Sat – 8 am to 10 pm
- Sun – 8 am to 11 pm
We’ve hit up over five Pinot & Painting classes now, and there’s no chance we’re calling it quits. The sessions are chilled to the max and terrific for anyone who’s never held a paintbrush.
The event switch-ups also keep us coming back. One night, you’re painting delicate cherry blossoms, and the next, you’re bringing pups to life on canvas.
Tip: Bring your crew together by going for their team-building package.

A night at The Art Space Collective means sipping prosecco, painting your own masterpiece, and enjoying an electric session, whether you’re the next Banksy or a beginner.
What’s more, you don’t need to lug a heap of gear with you. The pros here will provide all the materials like canvas and acrylic. If you fancy using your own though, that’s perfectly fine too.

Our crew is always up for a session at Faire & Co. What do we love most? It’s their emphasis on enjoying the process over stressing about the end product and the energetic hosts keeping things a blast.
What’s more, they really give a toss about individuality, so we’ve never had to head home with the same artwork as the next person. Sure, there’s always a theme to follow, but we get to call the shots on colours and style.
Tip: Add art to your kid’s birthday party by hosting it here.

Our last Pinot & Picasso trip was a belter. We painted cocktails while also knocking them back, which ended up with us carrying home some bubbly artwork.
The sweet part is that’s just the tip of the iceberg. A paint-and-sip session mixes it up, from themes to difficulty levels. But you can bet on some constants, namely fantastic hosts, zero need to haul materials, and having a bloody good time.

Kicking off 2025 with Cabernet and Canvas’ Summer Spritz class was a ripper. The instructions were a cinch to follow, and the ticket covered the lot—paint gear, sips, and some tucker.
Everything ran like clockwork, too—starting and finishing right on the dot, with hosts who were all helpful without being nosy. The cherry on top was that it was beginner-friendly, like most of their classes.
